• Your vehicle registration

• Your Auto Pak policy number if you have one

• All the information collected from the other party involved in the collision (if applicable)

You will be assigned a claims adjuster to manage your claim. Repairs must be completed within 2 years of the accident, however it is best to report your claim as soon as possible

Once the appraisal is done, you will receive a printout with the cost of repairs for your vehicle. Your claim adjuster will need to confirm your insurance coverage before you can have the vehicle repaired.
